купила неделю назад, очень довольна! отпаривала трикотажное платье и крепдешиновую блузку (заняло 3 минуты времени) пока не заметила. возможно держатель можно более массивным сделать и выше, т.к. длинные платья не очень удобно гладить, если опускать шланг, то пар хуже подается или с конденсатом. и сама "лапа" плоха закрепляется в тисках, когда подвешиваешь, можно случайно толкнуть и ошпариться. но это все мелочи, в целом довольна!
