The main feature of some Polaris household appliances (and the blender is no exception) is the presence of SilentPRO technology, which, according to the manufacturer, reduces the noise from work by half. And this is not just a marketing ploy: compared to competitors, the model really runs much quieter, even when the turbo mode is turned on. The only exception is the puree attachment, which is noisier. Otherwise, a working blender will not create discomfort for you and will not disturb the rest of the household.

Polaris PHB 1583L Silent will be able to replace several appliances in the kitchen at once thanks to the expanded configuration. The first is a blender leg with a titanium-coated blade that has four points for more efficient chopping and pureeing of ingredients. Secondly, a bowl for grinding with a volume of 500 mL with an equally sharp knife. He can chop meat, fruits or vegetables, but for solid products such as coffee and ice, the model will not work. Thirdly, in the box you will find a measuring cup with a volume of 700 mL, in which you can prepare healthy cocktails and smoothies. Finally, the set also includes a whisk for whipping egg whites, sour cream, batter or cream and the aforementioned puree attachment. In fact, this is the same familiar pusher, only with blades, which does not require the use of force. But there are nuances here: the nozzle will not pull a large amount of potatoes, it should be immersed in slightly cooled ingredients (not with heat and especially not in boiling water), and you can’t overdo it with speed — too high speed will turn mashed potatoes into a paste.

In addition, the manufacturer pleased with additional details. The kit included a stand and a lid with "curtains" for a measuring cup, which prevents splashing. As for the stand, you can put the blender leg in it during breaks so as not to stain the table. And if you turn it over, it will become a stand for a measuring cup, which in this form will not slide on the table. The model has a rather high power — 1500 W, but at the same time, the instructions indicate that the rated power is 600 W. However, grinding occurs quite quickly, in a matter of seconds. And in order to choose the optimal settings for a particular type of product, numerous modes are provided — as many as 25 speeds, and an additional turbo mode that uses maximum power. They switch smoothly, using the wheel at the top of the handle, and the power and turbo buttons are also highlighted.
