I'm writing a review only because I can't find one like it for sale. I bought it for myself a long time ago, now I want it as a gift and I don’t have it ( The sound holds well and doesn't lose connection. I read about other brands that even if you put it in the other pocket, you can't hear it anymore. There are no such problems here. You can leave the phone somewhere in the hallway and walk around the entire apartment talking for hours. The charge lasts a long time - it says 11 hours after charging. The ear hook is non-removable, so it doesn't fall off over time and doesn't get lost. It holds perfectly! The battery capacity hasn't significantly decreased over the years. In one word - pleasing! disappointed that it disappeared from sale. Other Plantronics models either have a removable ear hook or a non-removable one but are as big as the ear itself - why? Lightweight, pleasant to wear headset. I bought it for driving, otherwise it’s inconvenient with headphones. Holds a charge well, enough for a week of use while driving from work to home and vice versa. You can connect to two devices at the same time, I connected it to my car radio and to my smartphone. The sound is clear and loud. They can hear me well, even if I drive with the window open. The earphone is comfortable, after several times of use you get used to it and you don’t feel it in your ear. At first it always seemed like it had fallen out, I constantly checked it with my hand, but in fact the headset never jumped out of my ear. Very convenient controls and notification menu. Talks about the charge and missed ones. I can control the headset settings from my phone, which is very convenient for me. It’s a good device, I like to talk on it + safety is higher since both hands are free. And the price is not high, you don’t mind losing or breaking it. Good audibility. There is noise reduction. Light, barely noticeable, good sound. Basically, almost everything is satisfactory. If the rubber on the headset breaks, you will not be provided a replacement under warranty.
