This is a performant and reliable unit with a wide range of capabilities and which can handle a large load. A heavy-duty 2500 W electric motor is able to grind any meat into minced meat, giving out up to 2.5 kg of the finished product in a minute. The built-in reverse function and 2-stage auger rotation speed adjustment (190/240 rpm) do not cover such a disadvantage of the motor as significant noise in operation, which is the reverse side of high power. If the meat grinder block is clogged with hard fibers and the motor is working with a strain, you can turn on the reverse stroke, and in case of a critical load, press the overload protection button located at the rear of the housing base.

Style, power and reliability

The model looks very stylish and impressive thanks to the exquisite design of the die-cast metal body with a black anodized finish and a bronze-coloured mode switch. High-quality meat processing is ensured by a “sweet couple”: disc grills with 2 side locking ears and a 4-blade sickle-shaped knife made of high-strength stainless steel. In favor of the reliability and long-term operation of the device, the splined bushing of the auger, the landing coupling of the drive shaft and the gears of the gearbox, which are made of metal, speak. Fixation and release of the auger body is carried out by simply turning the metal lever 90° clockwise or counterclockwise, respectively. The loading tray for meat is also made of metal, and the complete nozzles for homemade sausages and oriental kebbe cutlets are made of black plastic. The compartment for winding and storing the power cord is located at the base of the case, but there was no place for storing removable accessories, which is a minus of the model.
