I bought model 9020 (which is equivalent to 8020). Normal size for ventilation (not MINI), doesn't overheat, has ventilation holes, built-in power supply (not an adapter!). Tuned into all channels on the third try (other models do it on the first attempt), NOT FAST, sluggish when switching to options. And the main inconvenience - when sorting channels, it retains the original position. For instance, if a channel is registered as No. 30 and you set it as the first one, number 30 will display instead of number 1. The software is bad (inconvenient) in this aspect! If all Romsat models have such non-standard programming, that's unfortunate!!! use Romsat T8020HD less than month |
Romsat T8020HD received the DVB-T2 prefix on 08/09/2018. There are no complaints about the image quality in digital format via the HDMI output. But on the CVBS analog video output, the image quality is comparable to the image quality of the first generation Soviet color TVs - poor image clarity, colors are washed out and distorted. The set-top box was supposed to be used in a country house with a color TV, which, as an additional option, has only analog audio / video inputs. Alas, there is a feeling of dissatisfaction The signal quality on the digital output is good. The image quality on the analog output is poor, slowness when switching channels, the inability to assign serial numbers of channels when sorting them. use Romsat T8020HD less than month |
Not receiving some channels. Not receiving the meter range 212.5MHz. Bad remote control. In comparison - even the old STRONG STR 8502 receives the meter range, unlike ROMSAT T8020HD. Buttons on the front panel; Digital display on the front panel. Does not catch MH-7; Does not catch the "meter" band; Does not switch bands and cannot manually select a frequency; The remote control is unreliable - several have broken already, very fragile and inconveniently shaped; There are no new software updates, which theoretically could resolve frequency issues. use Romsat T8020HD month or more i recommend it don't buy |
