Скорее за плашки с хламом, называемым "радиаторами" нужно беспокоиться. Часто под "радиаторами" вместо качественной термопасты(термоинтерфейса) намазана китайская дешёвая жвачка, которая сильно ухудшает отвод тепла от чипов. Плашки, работающие на частотах 1333-1600 не нуждаются в дополнительном теплоотводе. |
