I was tired of suffering from the heat and catching a cold under the fan in the summer and decided to buy an inexpensive air conditioner for my workshop. Simple and reliable, time-tested design. A classic split system without unnecessary, most often useless, bells and whistles. Cools normally, at least for 18 square meters of the workshop it is more than enough. Cleans well and freshens the air. No wonder I still bought a model with an ionizer. True, he collects dust immeasurably and often has to be cleaned, but dust on the filters is better than in my lungs. It’s hard to call it silent, it’s audible at all fan speeds and the relay clicks when turned on, but I can’t sleep under it. Suitable for the working area in terms of noise without reservations. Convenient and clear control panel. The price is just fabulous these days. I certainly understand that it will not last as long as any Daikin inverter. But for the cost of Daikin, I can buy three more of these Saturns. Noisy outdoor unit. But for me this is not a problem, because in the industrial area this noise does not bother anyone. In heating mode, the temperature rises rather slowly, as if not a powerful air conditioner is working, but an ordinary cheap fan heater. Another smell of hot plastic when the heating was first turned on was quite strong. And yes, the unforgettably stupid procedure for turning on the heating mode with pulling out the batteries. In general, I have already regretted 20 times that I bought this miracle, it would be better if I overpaid a couple of thousand and took something normal. price, cooling ionization does not work at all - I do not feel anything, although I know what normal ionization is. the quality of the plastic is terrible - firstly it stinks when heated, and secondly it creaks when cooled quickly. The indoor unit is noisy. heating is suitable only as an aid to normal heating even in the off-season - it cannot heat on its own even when it is +5 degrees outside the window. use Saturn ST-09 HR month or more i recommend it should buy |
Not a bad model. I have a living room area of 19 square meters and the power of this device is more than enough. I often see Saturn air conditioners in public places, studied the forums and finally bought it. I really liked the design of the indoor unit, it seems nothing special, but many times I saw a boring monotonous look even in expensive models, but here it seems like a budget one. In the middle of the structure there is a large display showing the temperature and animation of the conder operating modes. I read several times on the forums about how people turn a blind eye to noisy work due to the fact that they bought a budget model, but here there are no questions about this at all. Of course, the threshold of unpleasant noise is different for everyone, but working in both simple and enhanced modes does not bother me at all. Even after the purchase, I am surprised at the reviews about the loud outdoor unit, I read that the noise level depends on the level of professionalism of the installers, maybe I was lucky with them. A good remote control, despite the fact that the model is budget, it is comfortable in the hand. The display is small but comfortable, its design was copied from Mitsubishi remotes, the buttons are also thoughtfully arranged. The main keys for switching on and selecting modes have a different shape and a different color, and therefore they are immediately groped even blindly. Pleasant interior design, but the decorative perforation on the upper part gets clogged with dust. Stable operation at any of the possible cooling temperatures. Well thought out remote control. There is an ionizer inside, I can’t say that it works better from this, but the fact that it is already installed is good. Some kind of tricky heating mode, although this function is secondary for me. The timer could have been implemented better. |
