I bought it for home use. I chose it with the expectation that it would be possible to heat any of the rooms in our three-room apartment. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, it met my expectations and for relatively little money I got a powerful and easy-to-use fan heater. The largest room in my apartment is about 16 square meters, so the rule of "one hundred watts of electric heater power per square meter of area" is met. In the second half of October, due to the lack of central heating, the temperature in this room dropped to 17 degrees, which can still be called acceptable for an active adult, but is absolutely not suitable for a one-and-a-half-year-old child. This fan heater raises the temperature from 17 to 21 in just an hour. Most similar models have an open heater, which is a nichrome spiral. They are potentially fire hazardous and often give off an unpleasant smell of burnt dust. This model has a different heater, safer and odorless, with a ceramic shell. It can operate in two modes of 1500 and 750 watts. In addition, the fan heater can rotate in a rotary mode, blowing warm air throughout the room. The thermostat simply doesn't work. That is, the fan heater either doesn't work at all or just chugs along at the set power. However, this is a known problem and I didn't really count on a normally working thermostat. The cord isn't long enough. |
