Moreover, this applies to both brewing pure coffee and coffee drinks with added milk, that is, the cappuccino maker is built-in and fully automated. Brews wonderful cappuccino and ristretto. To make it clear what I mean, I will say that few coffee makers can do this really correctly. In both cases, the correct temperature of the water and the time during which the extraction occurs are important. If you overheat the water or pump it through the grind too slowly, too much bitterness will end up in strong coffee. This is especially important for preparing ristretto. The extraction time should generally not exceed 15-20 seconds, during which the most aromatic fractions of the coffee powder components pass into the water. So this machine makes ristretto at the level of a good barista class, which is good news. This machine is made in Slovenia and is assembled to a very high quality. It is strong, powerful, spacious and hopefully durable. In any case, there is a long official guarantee and there is nothing to worry about in the first couple of years. "Bulky" dimensions. Very high price. For $1300, you could currently buy an old car that runs, and here it's that kind of money for a coffee machine. But the machine is top-notch, so for those who have the financial ability to buy it, I advise not to hesitate. |
