    Don't take it anyway

    I bought a stroller last year. For the first two weeks, I was insanely happy with the purchase, but then problems started. Road dust got into the rear wheel bearings and the wheels... disgracefully started squeaking. In a stroller costing 10,000 hryvnias! The rear wheels turned out to be non-removable, unserviceable, made of cheap soft Chinese plastic mounted without any bearings on metal pegs. Even in the cheapest stroller for 3,000 hryvnias, all wheels rotate on sealed ball bearings and aren't afraid of water, road dust, or sand.

    I took the stroller in for warranty repair with a complaint about the wheels squeaking. The stroller was politely accepted and politely "repaired" over the course of several days. The "repair" actually consisted of lubricating the worn wheel bushings with a WD40-type lubricant.

    Now I understand that last summer I just threw 10,000 hryvnias into the trash. All the stroller's advantages, the main ones being compactness and lightness, have been completely destroyed by these cheap disgraceful plastic wheels.
