Light hair dryer

Skil 8003 LA is designed to clean surfaces from old coatings. Thanks to its light weight of 500 grams, it can be used for several hours without fatigue in the hands. The heat gun is capable of operating in three temperature modes. The lowest at 70 degrees allows you to soften the plastic and heat to the desired temperature various types of rubber adhesives for gluing polyurethane and fabric surfaces. The average and maximum temperature conditions, which correspond to 450 and 600 degrees, allow you to remove old paint and even cut roofing material.

Overheat shutdown

The air flow rate can be changed from 350 to 550 L/min (two positions). Due to this, it is possible to adjust the airflow if overheating of the surface is highly undesirable. The Skil 8003 LA heat gun is equipped with a fuse that trips if the tool overheats. The hair dryer can be used permanently by simply placing the back on the table (the design is stable). In this position, it is convenient to shrink the cables.

Convenient storage

At the entrance to the handle on the power cord there is a rubber ring so that the hair dryer can be hung on a hanger. The cord itself, unfortunately, has a length of only 2.75 m, which implies the use of an extension cord during operation. The kit does not include a case and interchangeable nozzles, so you will have to buy them separately if you need them. However, it is worth noting that it costs much less than its "equipped" counterparts.
