Пользоватся щипцами не сложно, буквально 2-3 раза сделать укладку и уже рука к ним привыкает. Иногда даже используют просто как горячую расческу чтобы подкрутить немного концы. Пластиком не воняет, волосы не перепаливает. В работе простой, после каждого применения протираю пластины влажной тряпочкой. В зубчиках волосы не застревали, локоны получаются нежными и воздушными. Укладка занимает минут 15 времени и держится на моих волосах где-то полдня. Для меня была важна стоимость, керамические пластины и сам стайлер компактный, при этом чтобы пластины были не узкие.
