A high-performance and relatively inexpensive tower-style CPU cooler with side-blown airflow and spectacular backlighting. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed to cool processors with increased heat dissipation and significantly overclocked CPUs that emit up to 170 W of heat. The design of the device includes five heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm with a nickel-plated copper heat spreader, a large aluminium radiator and a 120 mm axial fan with a durable hydrodynamic bearing and an optimized 11-blade impeller capable of creating a static air pressure of up to 1.23 mm of water. . The rotation speed of the Thermaltake Riing Silent 12 Pro cooler is automatically adjusted using the PWM method (from 500 to 1400 rpm). In addition, the speed can be additionally lim...ited by an LNC adapter (Low-Noise Cable) in the range from 300 to 700 rpm, which completely eliminates noticeable noise (12 dB). The cooler is compatible with motherboards equipped with Intel LGA115X/1366/2011/2011-v3/2066 and AMD AM4/AM3(+)/AM2(+)/FM2(+)/FM1 processor sockets.

if the hands grow from a direct place, then it's probably an excellent cooler.

i bought with an eye to the fact that the menu platform happened like that, but I couldn’t deliver it after I dismantled it, I couldn’t assemble it back because it’s a very difficult assembly. but when standing on the previous i7 platform, the 4790 worked very quietly and was quite cold.
big cooler.+ does not block RAM slots. there is a backlight and an adapter for a cooler to reduce speed. (It's almost inaudible.
assembly difficulty. great difficulty. + you need a large screwdriver that is not included (probably 20 centimeters) and the inconvenience of installation.

I took for 2011-3 sockets. Not suitable. Too low, the RAM strips are located on both sides of the socket and do not allow it to become.
Theoretically good value for money.
Not suitable for 2011-3
For Ryzen 1600, Wraith is enough from a pack of 1700, for 1700 I would advise taking Noctua

Any Ryzen is suitable for cooling, I personally cope with Ryzen 1700 @ 3.8 in OCCT at 70-72 degrees, mostly in games no higher than 40-45 degrees (with stream through h.264 it reaches 55-60) I would not advise taking its better to pay extra for noctua NH-15
Poor thermal paste, loud noise, terrible cooler installation and assembly, you will have to spend about an hour to assemble it, sort it out and install it on the motherboard
use Thermaltake Riing Silent 12 Pro few months
