Any Ryzen is suitable for cooling, I personally cope with Ryzen 1700 @ 3.8 in OCCT at 70-72 degrees, mostly in games no higher than 40-45 degrees (with stream through h.264 it reaches 55-60) I would not advise taking its better to pay extra for noctua NH-15 Poor thermal paste, loud noise, terrible cooler installation and assembly, you will have to spend about an hour to assemble it, sort it out and install it on the motherboard use Thermaltake Riing Silent 12 Pro few months |
