After 5 months of use, the lid broke, the tab under the lid that holds it broke. When contacting the service center, the warranty service was denied, since it was supposedly mechanical damage, and the lid closing mechanism did not fail. I didn’t repair it for money, since there are no spare parts and it’s necessary to wait 14 days for an unclear answer and the price is like a third of a teapot. Extremely dissatisfied with the warranty service. Still very noisy and turns off for a long time when boiling. I do not recommend buying Vitek - in Ukraine there is no official tech. support. Glass. I do not advise anyone to buy such a kettle, there is a strong smell of plastic, and especially when it heats up, it is impossible to breathe, it is unstable on the site when boiling, such a roar as a rocket during takeoff. packed it in a box and took it out of the room. no all use Vitek VT-7046 less than month |
