Smartphone acoustics that you can carry in your pocket have appeared on the shelves quite recently, and I immediately wanted to buy something like that. It was meant to be carried around, so I paid attention to this model. Xiaomi is a well-known and trusted Chinese brand; I've personally been using their phone for about a year now, so the risk was minimal. Ultra-small size and funny weight of 58 grams. This is one of the absolute smallest Bluetooth speakers available on our market. Maybe there's something more compact on AliExpress, but I'm cautious about ordering from China. Its size is such that the speaker fits comfortably in a jacket pocket and, thanks to its thickness of 2.5 centimeters, it's barely noticeable. The body is made of anodized aluminum. It's durable and almost scratch-resistant. However, if a scratch does appear, it's immediately visible. The sound quality should be assessed considering the speaker's size. With a body diameter of 52 millimeters, the speaker has an even smaller dome, so bass is far from the strongest point of such acoustics, but the midrange and "cymbals" sound quite decent. It's perfect for movie sound. Despite all this, the creators managed to include a battery that lasts over three hours. I also sometimes use it as a wireless Bluetooth headset. The microphone is sensitive enough and even has a noise-cancellation system. The manufacturer stated that the Bluetooth connection range is five meters, but I occasionally experience disconnections at a distance of three and a half meters. At high volume, the sound becomes slightly distorted. |

The best birthday present is money, not the Xiaomi Mi Portable Bluetooth speaker. She looks very stylish. Beautifully packaged, indeed, it may seem that this is a very good gift for a girl. But no. It has 2 huge problems that you can't write off because of the beauty of the design and really good sound. (yes, it sounds cool and loud for such a small size). The first problem is that it connects to the phone every other time. I tried it on iPhone, and on xiomi, and on Samsung and on Meizu. Connects once. And the main problem is that after 10 minutes of playing it starts to hiss, data transfer slows down and it terribly infuriates. Checked, again, on many models and the reaction is the same everywhere - hisses. Nice design, stylish. Good sound for such a small speaker Selectively connects to the phone. It connects to some models immediately, to others with difficulty, to others it does not connect at all. After 10 minutes of playback, the signal begins to be lost and music playback is intermittent and hissing. Tested on many phone models. Equally poorly reproduced.
