I bought two of these for the assembly area in a small production workshop. Before these screwdrivers, some Chinese cordless screwdrivers were used, but their battery capacity diverged from the rating by a factor of two, but if that was the only problem, then okay, they would have just bought more batteries and that’s it. But they simply didn’t have enough power. They simply couldn’t get anything into the 0.5mm thick metal. Small in size and convenient tool. This is, of course, not quite a professional level, but during assembly we have enough of them “by the ears”. The torque is good, it twists into wood, plastic and thin metal without any problems. The chuck is a full-fledged self-clamping chuck, with a maximum size of 10. It drills seven-millimeter holes in St3 with a thickness of 2.5 mm quickly and without particularly straining. I won’t even talk about wood and plastics, it goes through like butter. It has two speeds - twisting fasteners and drilling. At a maximum of 1300+ rpm with a carbide-tipped drill, even concrete drills quite vigorously. It has intelligent backlighting and a battery charge indicator. By the way, the batteries charge very quickly. A full charge takes less than an hour, and in half an hour they gain three-quarters of their full capacity. Supplied in cardboard boxes, without cases, batteries or charger. For these screwdrivers we took a pair of good 2 Ah batteries and one original charger for two. All this cost 5,700 UAH, and the screwdrivers themselves cost 2,900 apiece. For comparison, I’ll say that if we took this kind of tool in cases with a complete set, we would have to overpay about 4,000 UAH. Why do we need those cases in production? )) High price. It doesn't tolerate cold well, but this is a problem with lithium batteries, not with screwdrivers. |
