Kenwood offers not just a kitchen appliance, but a whole culinary complex that can replace several devices and perform various processes. The model is based on a planetary mixer with a block and nozzles that rotate in different directions and thus provide a more thorough mixing. The mixer is equipped with a durable metal bowl that holds up to 6.7 liters of food and allows you to cook large quantities.
For example, it can beat 16 egg whites at a time and knead the dough from 2.6 kg of flour. At the same time, it is possible to adjust the height of the nozzles depending on the amount of ingredients. The package includes a standard set of confectionery accessories: a K-shaped spatula, made in the corporate style with the Kenwood logo, a wide metal whisk and a hook for kneading thick dough.
At the same time, a blender and a meat grinder are connected to the Kenwood Chef XL KVL4170S top drive, which expand the capabilities of the food processor. The 1.6L glass bowl blender features its own detachable stainless steel blades and is capable of blending hot soup or even crushing ice and nuts. The electric meat grinder received a full-fledged "arsenal" of three discs for fine, medium and coarse grinding of minced meat, as well as a set of nozzles for forming homemade sausages and frankfurters. Powerful 1200W motor withstands intense workloads, runs at 8 speeds or in pulse blend mode, and a reliable cooling system prevents overheating.

This machine, with a bowl volume of 6.7 liters, can prepare two or even two and a half kilograms of bread or pastry in one batch. If someone is not in the know, then plastic cheapies can hardly turn one kilogram. Sand can be made about a kilogram, which is also an outstanding result. The machine has a powerful electric motor (1.2 kW), a proprietary planetary mixing mechanism and a rigid metal body, thanks to which it can mix such volumes of viscous load. There are few planetary nozzles, only three (corolla, hook, k-shaped), but they are enough. I regularly make dough for rich pies, buns, sometimes for biscuit cakes. Such work usually takes up to 6-7 minutes of time. Proteins with sugar whip much faster, if they are properly cooled, then 3.5-4 minutes is enough. Also included is a grinder. Cleaned meat cuts perfectly, small films are not a hindrance to it. The rotation speed is smoothly adjustable, that is, the mechanism is stepless. The price is high, but for a car of this class it is adequate. It can be used even in a small confectionery, it will certainly cope with such loads. The metal case looks cool, but quickly picks up fingerprints. |
