This machine, thanks to its powerful aluminium body, steel bowl and reliable drive, has high rigidity and phlegmatically mixes up to 2.5 kg of heavy dough. It does not take up power, 1200 watts is enough for everything. In general, in a bowl with a volume of 6.7 liters, you can knead up to 5 kg of products and make dough of any consistency from liquid pancake to super-dense shortbread. Of the eight provided speeds, you can always choose the right one. In addition to the dough, it quickly and efficiently whips cream or proteins / eggs (up to 15-16 pieces per load!). The machine is also equipped with a 1.6 liter glass blender bowl, I made mushroom puree soup in it a couple of times, it turned out delicious, the grinding is excellent. She is heavy. It weighs almost 10 kilograms, which felt good when I had to move it to another table. It works noisy, although it may already be and I'm just finding fault)) |
