Here, instead of a glass substrate, a special flexible plastic is used, which makes the display more reliable and durable, and also looks even more like plain paper.

Touch control is offered for interaction with the device, and for additional reading comfort there is a customizable backlight. The ONYX BOOX Mira e-reader is also notable for the presence of additional connection interfaces: in addition to microUSB, miniHDMI is provided, thanks to which the book reader, for example, is ready to act as a second monitor for a laptop or desktop computer.

The scope of delivery includes not only a cover, which, among other things, acts as a practical stand, but also a stylus that allows you to draw, take notes, etc. Among other features of the model, it is worth highlighting the presence of a memory card slot for expanding data storage, popular Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless modules, an aluminium case, the thickness of which is only 8 mm, and the weight is less than 500 grams.
