Team Group releases the simplest and most affordable SSDs, designed primarily for ordinary users who do not need the supersonic speeds of NVMe drives and are not ready to fork out for Samsung EVO drives. Such options are most often bought as a replacement for an old hard drive or a low-cost drive for a small collection of games.

This family includes half a dozen drives from 120 to 960 GB. To connect and transfer information, a traditional SATA3 bus is used, which is supported by even the most ancient laptops and motherboards. Typically, these drives run at the same speed as other SATA SSDs. That is, 450 - 460 MB / s during linear read operations, and 520 - 530 MB / s during writes.

But their price tags are slightly lower than the average temperature in the ward, and the list of advantages includes a 3-year warranty, a serious MTBF resource and, in some cases, an additional RAM cache chip. The only drawback is that the memory used is not the now popular three-layer 3D TLC NAND memory, but the usual TLC. Many manufacturers have abandoned it for its modest durability. On the other hand, this had a positive effect on the price, so this series is home to some of the most affordable SSDs on the market.
