ATRIX ProAction A7
![]() | Outdated Product 1 089 ₴ A modest camera, sharpened for active types of filming, the main trump card in the sleeve of which is a democratic price tag. Despite belonging to the devices of the ultra-low-cost segment, the manufacturer generously endowed the model with all kinds of accessories: a protective box (with it diving to a depth of up to 30 m is allowed), mounts for a bicycle handlebar, helmet and head, as well as curved, flat and 3-axis fasteners . Externally, ATRIX ProAction A7 is not much different from other representatives of the kind of action cameras in the monoblock form factor. Here you have a bulging lens with a viewing angle of about 140 °, and mechanical control keys, and a 2-inch screen on the rear panel. With video shooting, the model is at a level below average. Judge for yourself, in FullHD fo...rmat (1920x1080 pixels), the frame rate for recording videos is limited to 15 fps, which is not the best for shooting dynamic scenes, and in HD format, the video sequence is recorded with a frame rate of 30 fps. The model weighs only 45 g, but this figure does not take into account the "heaviness" of the 900 mAh battery, which provides up to one and a half hours of video recording. |

Great price. In our life today, cost plays a big role; fans of hard extreme sports should buy expensive GoPro and Sony. And this camera is enough for me. It has an OV4689 sensor, which has a 4 megapixel resolution and a 1/3 matrix size. In general, it’s a budget sensor, but it shoots quite decently at a resolution of 1280x720 at 30 frames per second. As for the higher Full HD resolution, it is only available in a version with a reduced frame rate (15 fps). Records sound. It takes photos with a resolution of 5.3 or 2 megapixels. The quality of such images is mediocre, similar to what a typical budget modern smartphone takes. At the back of the camera there is a two-inch screen on which you can set camera settings and view recordings. Push-button controls are quite responsive. The dimensions of the camera are quite modest 6x4x2.4 cm, and the weight is generally ridiculous - 45 g. Nevertheless, the battery lasts for about 45-60 minutes in 1280x720 mode at 30 fps (it’s already cold now and the shooting time is rapidly dropping). According to the technical specifications, the OV4689 sensor could provide a higher shooting speed in Full HD resolution, but either the sensor manufacturer lied, or the camera designers installed an image processing processor that isn't powerful enough for 30 fps. The white balance under artificial lighting sometimes noticeably "shifts." The sound recording quality is "not great." It ends up sounding plastic and lifeless. |
