I have been using it at home since 2010. Drilled and chiselled everything. Concrete and brick hammer 10 mm freely, drill everything, but when drilling metal, there is a bit of a lack of speed, and modern drills do not shine with quality. Recently I took it apart in order to lubricate the working mechanisms and change the cartridge (the old one was already wedging when tightening, I bought a new one for 120 rubles) and found that everything is ideal, even the brushes are not going to wear out. Long quality cable. Comfortable ergonomics. The build quality is at its best, although it is made in China. With this drill, I performed minor work in the apartment, repaired the bathhouse, put up a metal canopy, a fence, a gate, everything that hangs on the walls is hung with this drill. Work but don't overwork

Heavy concrete is difficult for her, because the tool is designed for drilling less dense materials. But she easily handles with solid and hollow bricks, aerated concrete and ceramic blocks — those building materials from which internal partitions are made in modern houses and apartments. Also, do not use the Black & Decker KR504CRE for long-term mixing of plaster and thick finishing mixtures, because the drill motor is not powerful enough for such tasks (only 500 W).
Drill for home use
Black & Decker drills are not intended for professional use, and the manufacturer directly writes about this in the instruction manual. But as a household tool, they are good and fully justify their cost.
