We only buy high-quality household appliances, and typically, these are appliances from globally renowned brands. It's not just because we don't have significant issues with our family budget (my wife and I work in the IT field and earn well). Rather, "we are not rich enough to buy cheap things" (c). No matter how you look at it, this common phrase is entirely true. That's precisely why, when choosing an electric meat grinder, I didn't even consider models priced under $50. I chose this Bosch model and it was the right decision. Even at the unpacking stage, you already understand that you bought a worthy thing. It is not only beautiful, but also very intelligently designed. The compact body, part of which passes into a strong handle, soft corners, a cord storage compartment - everything is harmonious in it and the build quality is of the highest level. This is not surprising, because it was collected not in China, but in the European Union, in Slovakia. Meat cuts and grinds any. Equally homogeneous minced meat is obtained from pure pork pulp and from beef trimmings. It cuts films and strands without straining at all, and nothing is wound on the knife or screw shaft. Graters and shredders work great too. But there is one caveat - only relatively hard vegetables are well rubbed and chopped, soft ones can be wrinkled.
