A compact electric meat grinder with a pleasant design, created by the engineers of the renowned Bosch brand. The product will allow you to easily and quickly grind meat of almost any variety into a homogeneous minced meat. It is based on an engine with a rated power of 500 W, which is quite enough to process the most sinewy meat product; at the same time, at peak loads, the power can increase up to 1500 watts.
The claimed average productivity of the device is 1.9 kg / min. Thanks to the "Reverse" function, the spiral auger of the meat grinder can be reversed and, thus, free it from wound sinewy fibers — push them back into the feed mouth. Bosch MFW 3520 is equipped with two molding grids with holes with a diameter of 4 mm and 8 mm, as well as two additional nozzles with which you can cook sausage at home and meat hardware tubes — kebbe. The case and a loading tray are made of high-strength plastic. The motor is protected against overheating and overload. In the event of a critical situation, for example, if a bone gets into a meat grinder, the device automatically turns off.

This, of course, is not real German technology, but the Bosch brand always guarantees quality. Therefore, the Polish assembly in this case is in no way inferior to the German one. Really powerful machine. It can turn almost any meat into a beautiful and homogeneous minced meat - from tenderloin to third-rate beef trimmings. I sometimes buy meat waste for a dog that we feed with shift workers at work and I specifically tested the meat grinder on them. I will say this - the dog was delighted))) At home, she cooks minced meat for any meat and not only dishes: chebureks, naval pasta, meatballs, non-meat fillings for pies, pates and much more. Made to last, good quality plastic, rubberized legs, there is a compartment for storing interchangeable grilles. Unlike cheap meat grinders, this model is well protected from all sorts of troubles. There is protection against overheating, which should work after about 13-15 minutes of work under a serious load (I did not personally check it) and there is also purely mechanical protection against a sudden stop, for example, due to hitting a bone hidden in meat. Mechanical protection works irreversibly, it is made in the form of a collapsing plastic sleeve, which then needs to be changed at a service center. So, such a spare clutch is already included in the kit and in which case it can be replaced independently. The homemade sausage attachment gives too much thickness. It seems to me that the most delicious sausages are thin sausages, and it is impossible to make them with such a nozzle. And in general, nozzles at this price could be more. |
I liked it. Powerful, compact, low noise level, high-quality plastic. Scrolls through the meat with a bang. Dishwasher safe and does not rust. Beautiful, smart assistant. The short cord, or I came across such a copy, extends 70 cm, like in a vacuum cleaner and stop. There is no middle grill, but you can buy more. |
A good helper in everyday life. The set includes a shaping disc, which is used depending on the type and consistency of the products. It also features a sausage stuffer and a shaping attachment for making kebbe. A shredding attachment from Zelmer can be purchased separately. Additional conveniences include a cord compartment, overheating protection, and a plastic case. In that model, the connecting coupling is weak. It is necessary to dry the metal parts well from water to prevent corrosion. |
