Купили комбайн в июле 2014, а уже в январе 2015 он начал грохотать и прыгать по столу во время работы. Виновата оказалась пластиковая втулка на которую одеваются ножи, из-за некачественного пластика она износилась и комбайн по сути поломался. Сервис-центр Бош по гарантии ремонтировать его отказался, т.к. по словам менеджера гарантия на пластиковые детали не распространяется. Центральный сервис-центр подтвердил эту информацию и предложил ремонт за деньги. Все документы и гарантийный талон в порядке. Пользуюсь комбайном достаточно часто, даже не прячу его, стоит на столе. Ни разу пока не ломался, сделан качественно. Отличный, практически полный набор насадок. Одна машина заменяет мне и блендер и миксер и шинковка. При этом насадки можно докупать при необходимости. Все легко надевается и снимается, сделано устройство отлично, качество высокое надо сказать. Есть не так часто встречающееся возможность нарезки кубиками, еще можно порезать тонко морковку для моркови по-корейски. Для хранения насадок есть специальныя сумка, что довольно удобно. Большая удобная чаша, хотя сделана не из метала, а из пластика. Достаточно шумный девайс, это не слишком раздражает конечно, так как работает всего пару минут за раз, но могл бы быть и тише.
