I don’t know much about combines - this is my first, but I am very pleased with it. Firstly, with its help you can quickly and quite qualitatively (I expected much worse) grate vegetables like on a grater. I have to do this every day and now the machine does the same thing many times faster. It cuts into slices just as quickly. In general, speed is one of the strengths of such a combine. He simply swallows the products, processing them into slices of the desired shape and size. Be sure to mention the nozzle for cooking french fries. It works, but some conditions must be met, and a certain skill is also needed. In short, try and everything will work out for you)) In the same bowl with a volume of 1.2 liters, you can grind and chop food with a double-sided knife. The degree of grinding depends on the operating time of the motor. A mixer attachment for whipping proteins or cream is also installed here. I tried it once, everything worked out, but I have a separate mixer with it somehow more familiar. But we didn’t have a citrus press at home before. Freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice is something. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it. Yes, it comes out a little expensive, but the taste is much better than packaged. So far I haven't used a blender much, twice I made a milkshake with ice cream and fruit for the children - it turned out delicious. At first glance, the french slicing attachment works completely randomly, but in practice, for a quality result, you need to have potatoes or pieces of potatoes similar in size to the diameter of the feed opening. But that's not all, when working, you need to evenly press the potatoes with a pusher with medium force. You press more - it turns out so-so, you press less - in general, it turns out nonsense. I didn’t like kneading the dough at all, I tried it three or four times and all the time everything was very sticky to the walls. |
