Beautiful razor Bought a Braun 9290, it broke after 4 months - it locked up and wouldn't turn on... Sent it for repair, waited veeeery long for it to be fixed. Couldn't stand the wait and bought a second one, exactly the same. On the day the first shaver was repaired, the second one broke:((( It started working like a tractor and stopped shaving. Went to the service center - picked up the first one. They repaired it in an original way: submitted a silver one - got back a black one:))) How about that? Immediately sent the second one for repair... Decide for yourselves how reliable this shaver is. And the price isn't cheap. By the way, for some reason my first review like this wasn't published. So, to make sure this review goes through, I'm giving the shaver an excellent rating:)))) |
I like razor shaving better. But it is convenient to do this only at home or in a good hotel. In any case, it takes a lot of time. My stubble is quite hard and thick, so shaving will not be pleasant without thorough steaming. I can’t afford to spend half an hour just on daily shaving, especially since my business often requires traveling around Ukraine and regular trips abroad. This high-quality razor from Brown is perhaps the best that can provide a comfortable shave outside the home and that you can take with you. Shaves masterfully. Its head consists of four separate elements. Each element (two grids and two trimmers) has an independent floating suspension and gently rolls along the contour of the face when shaving. Yes, she shaves a little worse than a machine. This razor cannot cut stubble as deep as the sharp blades of a vest cassette. But in terms of the comfort of the process itself and the lack of irritation, the difference with the machine is not that big. Need I say that it takes 5-6 times less time to shave? )) There is a good trimmer. Built-in high capacity battery. It charges in just an hour and can last about the same amount of time on that charge. This is enough for me to shave 6-8 times. There is a display with a smart charging indicator and, in addition, the razor itself reminds you that it’s time to clean it! It comes with a stand with a self-cleaning cartridge (I use it at home) and an excellent travel case. Two years full warranty. Braun 9290cc has a retractable trimmer, a capacious battery (holds a charge for 50 minutes and charges in an hour), an ergonomic and attractive design with a rubberized handle, a tight storage case and a dry cleaning brush.
Informative and automated
The display is located at the bottom of the Braun 9290cc body. It serves to indicate the charge level and charging status, the power button lock (used during transportation), the degree of soiling and wear of the shaving head. When the battery capacity is nearly depleted, the display shows the remaining operating time in minutes (9 or less).
To charge the battery, clean, disinfect, lubricate and dry the electric shaver, you need to install it in the Clean&Renew station that comes with the kit.
