The story continues, it is clear that electronics have flown, but the Kandy company likes to fix its marriage at the expense of customers. "An extended review on how the company Candy deceives customers about non-existent service, and how the employees of the Candy service center resemble ordinary fraudsters who blatantly lie on the phone and mislead people. The so-called repair has been ongoing for more than a month, with the machine being taken to the service center for almost a week, only to find out later that there was no spare part, all this lasting more than a month, considering that the machine was rarely used. Now it is clear that the quality of Candy's products leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. A week ago, we called the service center and informed them that we no longer wanted this machine back, as such service repair is unacceptable, and simply wanted a refund according to the consumer protection law, to which the response was that they would contact management to see how they decide, meaning it's management, not the law, making the decisions... and they promised to call back but no one did, so we called again a couple of days later, only to hear that it was the first time they were hearing about the return and were told that they would get approval and call back, then they disappeared... we called a third time, and the same story. Honestly, does this company really not care about its reputation and the law? We have not contacted anyone yet, hoping it would be resolved legally without hassle, but it seems that this company does not accept normal resolution of situations and prefers a different solution with corresponding red tape and a lot of lost time.
