Question about Cougar STE600

Норма ли?

Купил этот бп все работает,но в простое без каких либо задач по 12v линии всего 11.986.Смотрел показания и в аиде,и в биосе показания одинаковые.Под нагрузкой(не полной) по 12v 11.933.И все же норма ли это?
