I took it at the end of December 2017, guided by the reviews about the DeWalt tool! I was very upset when on the third day it stopped working without any signs of breakage, the service said the stator contact broke. The warranty repair was completed in one day, which surprised and delighted me, but unfortunately, not for long! After working for another three days, there was a smell and a strong sparking of the brushes, the tool was still operational! I took it to the service, for the second time in two weeks, and on the second day, when I called to find out what exactly happened to the machine, they told me that the rotor burned out and they were waiting for parts, which would take 2-3 days. After a week!!! I called again, unfortunately, I did not have the receipt with the number on hand, and they refused to give me information based on my surname as they did a week ago. I called the company ESCO in Kyiv, which is the regional representative for DeWalt tools, and whose service in Odessa I gave the grinder to; they told me that according to the consumer rights law and by pointing to an article from it, the repair could take two weeks! And I did not get a clear answer about whether I could return it after the first (warranty) breakdown in three days!!! So when choosing this grinder and generally DeWalt tools, which position themselves as professional, be prepared to visit the service on the third day and then go there every week! Good ergonomics, dust removal is not bad, Strongly gives vibration to the hands. use DeWALT DWE6423 week i recommend it don't buy |
a good model fits comfortably in the hand almost does not heat up a long cord of good quality it’s nice to work with such equipment before there was a Kraft grinder this is heaven and earth I advise you to buy this grinder you won’t regret it not found use DeWALT DWE6423 few months |
