Как правильно с ней работать?? #
Купили на днях эту йогуртницу! вчера решили сделать йогурт, но ничего не получилось, сделали все по инструкции, закваска Vivo для йогурта, молоко домашнее (прокипятили и остудили как написано). Простояло 6 часов и не загустело, только 2 баночки посередине йогуртницы, остальные жидкие! Почему так получилось? Как правильно делать?? Какой консистенции должен быть густой йогурт???
