I bought 805 and have no regrets. It is necessary to immediately fill in the ink "COLOR---WEI for 800--805".
That's why . that the original and others --- "stripe" on the prints. The price of "COLOR---WEI 800--805" --- penny, Print quality --- STUNNED!!! I do not rent for repairs and preventive maintenance --- NOT REQUIRED !!! I periodically blot the foam pad at the bottom of the printer with a wet cloth --- to clean the foam rubber from ink residue --- and EVERYTHING !!! In the summer in the "Printing Salon" I always turn on the air conditioner to reduce the temperature. THE DEVICE HAS WORKED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR IN THE "SALON". I bought a SECOND "Epson-- L805". I forgot about the Woe-Masters for printer repair. Printers are made in Malaysia. Everything is fine, compactness, reliability, the ability to fill cheap non-original inks. None . |
When I needed a quality printer for photorealistic printing, I first of all thought about new laser printers. I found their characteristics on the net, looked at the print quality, looked at the prices of consumables (and the price of refilling them) and realized that it was time to take off the rose-colored glasses and return to the traditional Epson + continuous ink supply system (CISS) bundle. Anyone who has ever dealt with full color inkjet printing knows that Epson has always been at the forefront of this segment. I will say even more - they had the highest quality color photo printing. But the obligatory fly in the ointment was also present, the price of original Epson consumables was never humane, and problems with the print head, which regularly occurred on non-original or so-called "compatible" cartridges, often irreversibly killed the printer (changing the head was so expensive that without having "donor" you could not even think about it. But everything changed with the advent of a pre-installed factory CISS and branded inks for refilling it. So now this printer jets gorgeous full-color images of A4 and A5 format at my house. The cost of prints is small, in fact, it is more part is the cost of photo paper.One refill, and this is for a minute as much as 70 ml of ink for each of the six containers, lasts a very long time.After installing the iPrint application on your Andriod smartphone, you can send photos to the printer directly via WiFi.There is an official one-year warranty. The ink is water-soluble and not traditional pigment ink. Therefore, high-quality photo printing is possible only on special thick paper with correctly oriented pores. On an ordinary office 80-gram drop of water-soluble ink, they simply blur, greatly reducing the resolution and killing the quality in the trash. Recently I found out that the one-year warranty ends ahead of schedule after printing the 3001st sheet, so according to conservative estimates, it will last me seven or eight months. |

The Epson Print Factory series includes serious photo printing models equipped with a continuous ink supply system. The Epson L805 printer is well suited for the role of a home “workhorse”, with which you can create a huge archive of family photos.
Factory CISS
The six-colour factory CISS, which replaces the usual cartridges, is adjacent to the right side of the printer case. The contents in its reservoirs are enough to take about 1800 shots in a common 10x15 cm format. The printer can be “fed” for printing both thick sheets of paper with a density of up to 300 g / sq. M, and CDs that are loaded into a separate tray.
Careful approach
The printer handles with its direct duties slowly, leaving up to 5 prints in the output tray in 1 minute. But he approaches the issue with great care, so that the quality of printed photographs is comparable to that of professional equipment. The printer develops a fast print speed only in draft mode (up to 37 ppm), but you have to put up with the fact that the text in this case acquires a slightly brownish tint.
Minimalism
The minimalistic style of execution of the printing device does not provide the presence of a display model on board. Illuminated keys take part in the control of print settings, and flexible changes of parameters are carried out in related applications for PCs and mobile gadgets. The latter are connected to the printer via a wireless Wi-Fi connection. The Epson L805 delivers really great results, making it a real home printing factory when you need to print photos often.

Worked for a year or so. Throw out and no more epsons. It's better to spend a little more money on cartridges with built-in heads like HP's than to have sex with Epson junk.
