Я в восторге от своей новой сковородки. Правда, она не совсем уже новая – два месяца пользуюсь. Больше всего мне нравится переворачивать на ней оладьи и котлеты, а потом раскладывать еду по тарелкам. Благодаря чуть закруглённым внутрь стенкам пища не выпадает из сковороды, а как будто падает назад, на дно. Это сложно описать, надо просто попробовать. Ни разу не пригорало ничего, а на старой, чугунной, – регулярно. Бакелитовая ручка снимается, так что мою в посудомоечной машинке и в духовке тоже использую.
