Smart or classic watches: What to choose? The main differences between a traditional and smart watches
Smart watches and fitness trackers: what's the difference? We understand the distinctive features of popular wearable gadgets - smart watches and fitness trackers
I asked my husband to give me a bracelet that can help me in the fight against excess weight. I have chronic hormonal problems and just normal nutrition is not enough. You need to move, but it’s difficult to take care of yourself during the working day, sometimes I sit for hours in an office chair and this is definitely not good for my figure. The only thing I asked my husband to agree with me before buying was the appearance of the gift. And then his taste is not very good, like many men, by the way. He looks great. In general, the appearance for such fitness things is no less important than its functions or battery capacity. Agree, no woman will constantly wear an ugly device. The function is not very much, but the bracelet copes with them perfectly. The pedometer is very accurate, I specifically did a parallel count and was pleasantly surprised. In addition, the bracelet calculates the distance traveled (approximate, of course, there is no GPS in it) and the number of calories burned. The bracelet can also remind you that I haven’t moved much in the last hour (the time is adjustable) and offers to fulfill the standard of 250 steps. An interesting feature and, in my opinion, really useful. Curiously, the bracelet never does this while sleeping. For a soft rise there is a vibrating alarm, unusual, but I liked it. It is charged from a personal computer or laptop using a special USB cable. It takes a little time to charge, only an hour. The screen is small and when words and numbers begin to be transferred on it, it does not look very good. It should work on a single charge for about 6 days, but for some reason I get no more than 3-4. |
