For a long time, I wasn't ready to make a purchase; I kept browsing, looking for reasons not to buy. Eventually, I decided to get it for the apple tree, raspberry, and hedge. I checked various stores, and the main question was whether to go with a corded or battery-operated one. The price is almost twice as much!! On e-katalog, I found the best price, as is usually the case, and got a Gardena with a battery. I was convinced by the fact that you can insert a block from another manufacturer, and everyone praises the laser sharpening that doesn't dull over time. It turned out to be true because I've been running it for two seasons without issues. The funniest part is that I never got to the apple tree; our raspberry bushes cover half the plot, and I manage them in an hour and a half to two hours at most with the Gardena. In the end, I haven't regretted the purchase even once. I remember how I used to trim the hedges with regular garden scissors—it used to take more than half a day; now it's 30 minutes and everything's done. We selected and bought these wonder hedge shears for the new season with my wife through the e-catalog. We used to use manual ones, but now everything is switching to electric motors, so we upgraded too. We were choosing between DeWalt and Ryobi - the latter is completely unknown. According to reviews, Gardena is better. Comfortably fit in the hand regarding weight distribution, the blade looks reliable, the large start button is conveniently located on the handle. There is a budget model without a battery, but we chose one $100 more expensive.
