The main advantage of the model is its size - the length is 70 mm when folded and the weight is only 62 g. Perhaps, this is the most compact multi-tool not only among Gerber knives, but in general in this class. Gerber Dime is not just small - it is quite suitable for the role of a keychain, there is even a ring for attaching to keys. And the absence of a case in the kit does not bother at all, because it is not even supposed to be worn on a belt, it is too small and light. At the same time, the set of tools is quite impressive, and each, surprisingly, works efficiently.

Compact and neat

Despite the size, it was possible to arrange pliers with wire cutters, a flat screwdriver, a knife, a bottle opener, scissors and a file here. A little frustrating is the lack of a Phillips screwdriver, which is required quite often. Separately, we note two interesting tools: tweezers and a knife for opening the package. The first is located inside the handle, and is a removable module. The second is designed specifically for opening boxes and cutting adhesive tape. It is worth saying that it is really very convenient for them to open the package, from the envelope to the parcel.

Spring force

Also note that the model is equipped with several springs, in particular, pliers and scissors. This design simplifies the operation of the tools and increases both their efficiency and durability.

Very small and light multitool, great for everyday wear. It does not pretend to be a serious tool, but it handles well with everyday tasks.
