It features a powerful 500-class motor and a battery with voltage specifications of 7.2V and a capacity of 2000 mAh. Theoretically, it should last for an hour. In practice, it's a bit different, and during enthusiastic rides, the battery "fizzles out" after about 40-45 minutes. A good result, as many similar models come with a battery that doesn't even last 15 minutes. The charger is compact and doesn't stand out in a bag. It takes quite a while to fully charge, about six hours. The remote control requires four standard AA batteries. They last a long time, and switching to rechargeable batteries only makes sense if you go for daily rides of at least an hour. The control is precise and quite convenient. The remote is a bit heavy, but you can get used to it quickly. The vehicle's chassis is equipped with a permanent all-wheel drive with two sealed differentials. All parts transmitting torque, except for the wheels, of course, are made of constructional steel. There are four genuine oil-filled shock absorbers with steel springs. And how the suspension behaves under lateral load is something you simply have to see! Now, that's what I call an approach to modeling. The body is made of the strongest polycarbonate and is not afraid of moderate force impacts, but you shouldn't deliberately slam it against concrete. So at a speed of about 40 km/h, which this fury can accelerate to, you need to carefully monitor the trajectory and think three moves ahead. But it can drive almost anywhere, the off-road capability is amazing. Despite the rather capacious battery, I still had to buy another one of the same. Otherwise, forty minutes drive and all. |
