Very powerful, one might say instantly heating induction surface
     29 November 2016
If you are going to equip a new kitchen in a new apartment of a completely new house, then it is worth installing modern new household appliances. Based on this rule, I chose this induction electric hob for the kitchen. The wife was pleasantly surprised, and although some of the kitchen utensils that turned out to be incompatible with the induction principle had to be taken out of use, overall everything turned out very well.
Induction heating elements are the most modern and advanced heat sources for cooking. The surface is really interesting and unusual. For me, for example, it was a revelation that it does not heat glass ceramics at all. Which, however, does not mean that the glass-ceramic base cannot heat up indirectly, from an already heated pot and pan. I was also surprised that in terms of heating speed (for example, boiling water), my induction stove is almost as good as a regular gas stove. At the same time, it is two orders of magnitude safer, because it has a residual heat indicator, a child safety lock, and in the absence of dishes it will not even turn on. Another plus is to add two dual-circuit burners, which expands the surface’s ability to work with large dishes. European, or rather Polish assembly. Official warranty from the manufacturer.
Since not every pot and pan can work properly with such a stove, many had to be replaced. If you turn on all the burners at full power at the same time, it consumes more than thirty amperes of current. Of course, such situations do not happen in life, but I had to spend money on the cable and connection directly to the panel.
