If you just need very small volumes of high-quality color printing, then it is best to contact specialized companies that have high-quality photo printers. But in our case, it was necessary to print not only in color and photographic quality, but also to print quickly, with a minimum delay, so as not to slow down the chain of work following it. It does its main job, printing photographic quality images, brilliantly. The ink is pigmented, waterproof, non-bleeding and not afraid of moisture. An A4 sheet in standard quality is printed in one and a half to two minutes, and in high quality, with more ink, about three. I can not say that it is instantaneous, but it suits us. Moreover, when using the right photo paper, the quality of the prints is the highest. In black-and-white mode, regular text documents print at 18ppm, which is more like a good laser printer than an inkjet. Colored text and simple graphics prints two or even three times slower. It has a large paper feed tray that can hold about two hundred sheets of plain office paper. We are connected via USB, but there are options with a standard ethernet connection and printing via Wi-Fi. Like any classic inkjet printer, the weak point of this model is the cartridges. The volume of the starter cartridges is generally scanty, they ended in two days of experiments. To replace them, you can buy standard (400 pages, 360-500 UAH/piece) or increased capacity (825-1000 pages, 500-820 UAH/piece). |
