I have the same card, but with 6GB, it still works by faith and truth, I play games on it, even Stalker 2 drags on medium in 1080P. The only thing I did was change the stock cooling to Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo II. With this cooling system, the temperature does not rise above 57 degrees, when the room temperature was about 70-80 degrees. And this is a great video card for its time. I don't know how appropriate it is to buy it in 25 years, but for small, cheap systems, or for office computers, it will still work. Its TDP is at the level of 110-120W, it pulls modern games, I played the entire series of Assassins Creed, Cyberpunk, Metro, Jedi Fallen OrderSurvivor, Baldurs Gate 3 and many other games on it, but it doesn't pull some games because the architecture is outdated. For example, the same Starfield does not pull in 1080P even at minimum settings. It is hard to believe that in 2024, it can still give its owner a pleasant gaming experience, but it must be understood that by today's time it has long been resting on the ceiling. The staff system does not cope. it gets very hot under load. It is better to immediately take a used cooling system from another card. Well, it is not suitable for 2K monitors at all.
