Accelerated AI
GeForce graphics cards with the 60 index have traditionally been among the most popular among Steam users, and the new Inno3D RTX 5060 Twin X2 is likely to continue this trend. It boasts a 25% increase in gaming performance over the RTX 4060, and in artificial intelligence tasks, the growth reaches 250% thanks to support for FP4 floating-point calculations.
Editing and Streaming
The NVENC 9 media encoder, designed for video editing and streaming, has received support for extended color subsampling 4:2:2 for H.264, HEVC, and AV1 codecs. Users can choose between GeForce Game Ready drivers and NVIDIA Studio — the latter option provides advanced features for working with multi-monitor configurations. To launch a local AI assistant, the Chat with RTX application can be used.
Fourth DLSS
The Inno3D Twin X2 cooling system consists of an aluminum heatsink, composite heat pipes, and two 90-mm fans. The metal backplate serves a dual purpose — it protects the board and aids in heat dissipation. The video memory volume is 8GB of GDDR7 standard, but this doesn’t hinder performance thanks to DLSS 4, which uses the energy-efficient Transformer architecture instead of the outdated CNN algorithm.
