Советую купить Отличная хлебопечка, выпекает отменно, и поднимается хлеб очень хорошо. Есть в этой модели конвекция. Мы попробовали обычные сырые дрожжи, разводили их в воде с сахаром и немножечко муки, немного поднималось, тогда ставили досыпали остаток муки и соль и выпекался отличный хлеб))) Мама просто противник сухих дрожжей.
