I'm not the most active tourist, but I have climbing friends - they are real maniacs. And in a year I look like no more than 3-4 walking routes of medium difficulty. Nevertheless, I consider this habit useful and will continue to follow it. My wife does not quite share this hobby of mine, it would be more accurate to say that she does not go with me, but treats me with understanding. The last October hike along the route in Transcarpathia ended with a lot of positive emotions and a huge hole in the old, betrayed sleeping bag. It had long needed to be replaced, and then a burning branch accidentally thrown out of a fire by a blow finally decided this issue in favor of buying a new thing. Ultra-light model with natural goose down insulation. In a compression bag, it shrinks to a very modest size and weighs only 1100 grams. I think that for a sleeping bag that is comfortable even with light frosts on the ground, this is a wonderful result. The outer shell is a very durable and tear-resistant woven polyamide synthetic material. It also has a waterproof coating and really does not get wet. It is comfortable to sleep in it, it breathes well, has a comfortable anatomical hood and a compartment for a pillow, which can be imitated by stuffing with improvised things. It also looks really cool and I really like it. The shell material is very afraid of fire. In vain, that I am already a tourist with experience, in the evening I lay down too close by the fire and the rising wind carried two sparks of coal directly to the sleeping bag. It turned out two neat and small (2.5 and 4 mm in diameter) holes in the skin. |
