когда пища варится под давлением жидкость не кипит, поетому молоко не вскипает а просто нагревается до нужной температуры, после того как вы сварили кашу или чтото другое если сразу начать стравлевать воздух в кастрюле 120 градусов и тогда жидкость сразу вскипает поэтому нужно подождать какоето время чтобы температура упала ниже после этого стравливать пар и открывать, но я заметил что она сама вроде стравлевает за какоето время сама .
кашу ставте с вечера чтоб она сварилась ночью за час до подйома.
пользуюсь три года особо без нариканий, чаша не облезла крышка не отвалилась , провода не перегнулись , жена пользуется наверно через день или три как когда.
