Посоветовала бы кенвуд, там присутствует функция конвекции, должно покрайне мере пропекаться. Все достоинства были на словах, пока выбирали печь в магазине. Первый же опыт был - отрицательный. Белый хлеб на 1 программе не поднялся, не пропекся и корочка получилась очень зажаристая на среднем значении. Еще раз попробуем и если опять промах - будем менять. У меня опыт хлебопечения уже 5 лет. Буду менять эту печку.... на OW 3020! Да, я считала что в Moulinex недостатков нет....
