This is my best assistant in kneading almost any dough, beating eggs, cream, sour cream and mixing minced meat. It has a fairly powerful engine (640 W) and a large stainless steel bowl with a volume of 4.2 liters. To work with the dough, two nozzles are provided: a large frame with crossbars (for batter, thick sauces and kneading minced meat) and a powerful hook of a complex curved shape (dense, including yeast dough). I really like the speed with which the machine does its job, I can do the same with my hands at best three to four times slower. At the same time, the quality of kneading is very good. But, to get the right result, you need some experience (it’s hard to evaluate by eye at first), and it’s also important to accurately measure the right amount of ingredients. In addition to dough, the machine perfectly beats proteins, cream and sauces. I also note the convenient control and smooth regulation of the speed of rotation of the nozzle.
