Excellent studded tires for the price 5+ (900 UAH 11.2013). I bought them in size 215/60 R16 for a Hyundai Sonata NF 2.0 2008 pre-facelift. They perform perfectly in all winter weather conditions both in the city and on the highway, moving uphill on ice without problems while others on regular winter tires struggle and slip backward. After the season, all studs are intact, even after 1.5 months of asphalt driving. Don't listen to people who say studs on asphalt are like skates; those people either haven't driven on studded tires or have driven on tires that are 10 years old. Try skating on asphalt and see for yourself. Overall, the tires are excellent, but never forget that regardless of tire quality, ice and snow require driving experience, increased attention, and speed control. Price quality, holds up well on winter roads. It makes a bit of noise on the asphalt due to the studs, but it's not a problem. use Nexen Winguard Winspike month or more i recommend it should buy |
Really excellent affordable tires. They won't let you down in winter. I recommend them to everyone! :) I bought these tires about a year ago. Right after the purchase, I decided to test them by going on a business trip. It was November, and the road was icy. I thought to myself, now they will show their worth. And indeed, the tires passed the test with flying colors. They held the road confidently, driving as if on rails. At the same time, they handled all sharp turns excellently and braked easily. Initially, the tires were a bit noisy, but after I drove 2,000 km, they became completely silent. They handled the first winter very well too. They didn't harden or dry out in the cold. The studs didn't fall out. They performed excellently on ice and snow. I liked them a lot. I see no drawbacks ![]() |
the normal price with spikes and tire size 15 cost me about 1900 UAH, neither too little nor too much. By the way, the production is in 2 countries: the older factory is in Korea and the new factory is in China. They say the quality from China is even better, but I can't compare because I have the Chinese ones; maybe someone with the Korean ones can share their opinion. behaves well on dry and wet asphalt, I mean when you've already changed tires but there's no snow or ice yet, and those who have driven with studs know that they brake much worse and the soft rubber provides greater cushioning, and all of this can lead to different consequences. It performs excellently in slushy snow when the snow begins to thaw and turns into that mush everyone gets stuck in; as for ice, I won't even start—thanks to the studs, no one can match me on ice. In the yard, when frost sets in and the road is paved like glass, I'm like a tank: slow and steady. As for braking and working with ABS, here the ABS seemed to work a little in reverse, I won't say why, but when I brake, it seems to turn off; it's actually super, but it's unclear... ABS should prevent wheel lock but... Excellent sturdy tread for wear resistance. increased noise due to studs, it's my first time using studded tires, at first, I couldn't understand what was happening, all I could hear was the roar of metal on asphalt. After the winter, I lost 5 studs on one wheel, while all the others remained intact, which seemed kind of strange. ![]() |
