I bought a go-kart at the beginning of 2020 in Dnepropetrovsk at the Karavan mall. Since I spent the summer in Odessa, I took it with me. It broke down there, and they replaced it with a new one. After some time, the new one also started malfunctioning. I brought it to the service center in Dnepropetrovsk, where the first purchase was made. I explained all the reasons for bringing it, and they accepted it and sent it to the service center in Kyiv since there's no service center in Dnepropetrovsk. This process took about a month. When I came to pick it up, they didn’t allow me to check it in the store. We went outside to test it and noticed a new malfunction related to the gas pedal, with glue traces and a damaged magnet on the gas pedal. We were outside for about 15 minutes, unpacking it and connecting it, and as soon as we started driving, we noticed that the gas pedal wasn't working properly! We returned to the store to describe the situation, and it was sent back to the service center. The service center didn’t admit their fault but eventually "showed mercy" and decided to fix the problem. HOW DID THEY FIX THE ERROR? THEY SWAPPED THE GAS AND BRAKE PEDALS - BRILLIANT. NOW THE BRAKE PEDAL DOESN’T WORK PROPERLY. DID I CHECK IT? OF COURSE NOT! MY SAFETY IS MORE IMPORTANT! THEY REFUSE TO EXCHANGE THE GO-KART FOR A NEW ONE AND SAID THAT I HAVE SIX MONTHS TO PICK IT UP FROM THE STORE; OTHERWISE, IT BECOMES THE COMPANY'S PROPERTY! HOW WOULD I RATE THE COMPANY'S SERVICE? THE ANSWER IS OBVIOUS, DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS. does not harm the environment breaks very often and constant problems with the application |
