The device is designed for users weighing up to 120 kg and is equipped with two electric motors, allowing speeds of up to 10 km/h. This mode of travel is suitable for those taking their first steps in mastering hoverboards or those who prefer leisurely rides. The 10-inch wheels with rubber tires provide stability on smooth surfaces, and an incline angle of up to 12° allows for overcoming small slopes.

The Rover D17 hoverboard is powered by a 4000 mAh battery, which is sufficient for approximately 12 km of travel. A full charge takes about 5 hours. Built-in dimension lights enhance the device's visibility in low-light conditions, and Bluetooth speakers allow for a musical accompaniment during the ride.
