The manufacturer is Optimum, and I have no doubts about the quality of their raw materials. They are leaders in the market with products that occupy top positions in protein ratings.
One small downside is that this is not a 100% hydrolysate. The manufacturer added BCAA.
It comes with a scoop, which holds a serving of 39 grams. I tried it with milk and water. The taste difference is not significant. I had the strawberry flavor, which was surprisingly a bit synthetic, but it's not a big deal. It's moderately pleasant. Mixes without lumps or foam.
I thought there would be some bitterness. This feature is present in pure BCAA (which is in the composition), and hydrolysate is essentially almost amino acids. But, everything turned out okay.
Now, about the absorption. No problems here. I like to drink it in the morning instead of breakfast. The gastrointestinal tract is still asleep at that time :) With some brands, you have to get used to them for about a week, so to speak. This protein was loved by my stomach immediately. There's nothing to digest; it's absorbed right away.
In conclusion: if you can afford to buy this protein, go for it. But essentially, you can replace it with a regular high-quality concentrate. It's more marketing, but I'll repeat - marketing that works!
